Packaging was great, arrived 9 days after order. I should've just purchased 3-5. I could've sworn I ordered 'with grips' but I must have clicked the wrong option (hopefully not an internal error). However, without grips is excellent. This little guy is great for that sharp tone from single notes and strumming.
