If you have an order IN PROGRESS and you find a mistake on your order confirmation please send us a contact message or reply to your order confirmation so we can fix it BEFORE it ships.

Red Bear is not able to take custom orders, requests for specific colors, custom bevels or exact gauges. Please refer to our Flat Picks page for more information on styles, beveling and our gauges.

If you do not receive a reply within normal business hours (Mon thru Fri 8AM to 5 PM) check your spam/junk folder or check with your provider.
