Customer Account Information

Red Bear requires users to give us their contact information in order to create an account to place an order. That information is used to complete, process and ship orders. In addition, that information is used to send order updates or to contact the customer when necessary. Unique identifiers are collected to verify the user's identity and for use in our record system. All PASSWORDS are encrypted and not visible to Red Bear.

Red Bear Trading has NEVER nor will it EVER share or sell our Customers' Information.

Updating / Correcting Contact Information

Customer Information can easily be corrected and updated by going to the Account Overview. Red Bear will not update Information in the Customer Account due to security reasons.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available.

We do not store financial information (credit card numbers) on our site.

Email Subscriptions and In-Stock Notifications

Red Bear Trading has a General Email Subscription option that customers can subscribe to or un-subscribe to when creating or updating an account. Red Bear has only on a few occasions sent an email blast to our customers regarding special sales or promotions. However we do send a lot of In-Stock notifications which are always requested directly by the customer.
