OUR RETURN POLICY
Most, if not all of our picks are made at the time the order is filled. We therefore cannot accept any returns unless the product is defective or not what was ordered. We trust that you have an idea of what you want prior to ordering from us. Due to the nature of our business and product we cannot allow trials of our picks. In other words, we cannot send you picks to try out. You should find a dealer near you and try out the various shapes of picks they have to offer. Our products are based on industry standard shapes, so even if you cannot find a Red Bear dealer near you, any music store should have picks that are similar in shape to our products. We are not responsible for slow mail! Please allow three weeks from the time your order is shipped for it to arrive. The vast majority of orders are received in a matter of a few days (continental U.S. orders). In rare cases, your order may take up to three weeks. We absolutely WILL NOT re-ship an order until three weeks have passed. In the event that we do have to re-ship an order, we will charge your credit card for the duplicate order. Once we have determined that an order is lost forever (has not happened yet), we will then refund you for the original order.
