We have changed the way you shop for our Red Bear Original picks in our shopping cart. Now you select the gauge of pick you would like, then you choose the other options exactly like you do with the Tuff-Tone Picks. This greatly reduces the number of items you need to navigate through in order to buy our picks.

PRODUCTION: There is currently a wait of approximately 8 weeks from the time you place your order, TO MAKE AND SHIP YOUR PICKS. Each pick is handcrafted and made to order. We do not have picks in stock. Some orders take longer to produce.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via First Class Postal Service for $3.50 unless Priority or Express Shipping is selected. There will be a delivery confirmation for each order within the US. If you provide a shipping address that is incorrect or incomplete, all fees relating to the return of the package will be at your expense. If your package has been delivered per confirmation from the Postal Service, it will be considered by us as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are shipped via First Class Postal Service ANYWHERE in the world for $3.50 with a customs form. There is no tracking for First Class Delivery of International orders. Under no circumstances are we responsible for your package once it leaves our facility and is accepted by the Postal Service. The only shipping method that supplies tracking for International orders is Global Express at the cost of $40.00. Export orders can take anywhere from 5 to 60 days to reach you, depending on the method of shipment and the import regulations for your country. By purchasing from us, you agree there will be no charge backs to us and that you agree to our shipping terms. If you provide a shipping address that is incorrect or incomplete, all fees relating to the return of the package will be at your expense.

PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and PayPal.

PRIORITY / EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you order with Priority or Express Mail shipment, we will ship via that method when your order is ready to go. This does not mean that we will put your order in front of other orders.

RETURNS: Please read our Returns policy here before you place your order.

You may start an account with us if you've never shopped here before, or alternatively, you can shop without an account. Having one just means you won't have to enter all your shipping information each time you order, and, you will be able to review past orders and have a "wish list" which can be used to save items for future purchase.
